I would like to thank you both very much for the excellent care you took of our furry family of cats. I could tell all 4 cats were treated extremely well because none of them showed any anxiety or fear upon us returning home. The cats all looked marvelous, well fed, well groomed and happy. Their litter boxes were well maintained - thank you, not a pleasant job but an important one.
I very much appreciated all the questions you asked about each cat. You asked if there were any special things you should know about any of them, re their feeding, where and when , whiich I appreciated as each one had their own spot when it came to eating. You asked who got along with whom and who didn't, and if they had any health problems of any kind and if so what was it that I wanted done. Who liked to be brushed and who didn't. Basically you asked me how I wanted you to look after my important furry friends, I told you and you kindly listened, took notes and followed thru - again I thank you. You asked for our cell phone numbers and our itinerary in case we needed to be reached - again thank you. Also you asked for our Vet number if needed which was also important.
I appreciated you taking photos of the cats, writing their names and any pertinaent description on each photo - very wise.
The long and short of it is that I would highly recommend you both for any pet sitting and please use this letter as a reference. I look forward to you sitting the cats for me again in the near future.Yours sincerely,

I had a week vacation to Mexico and was very concerned about leaving my dogs in the kennel again Last time my older dog was very traumatized by her experience in the kennel and she was not in good shape when we picked her up. We had to carry her to the car. I took her to the vet to inquire about her status and knew putting her down might be a possibility. I felt so quilty for going away. I heard about Dianne when I was a the vet's office. I was so unsure about going away. I was a little leary about someone staying in my home and how that would work, but know I couldn't kennel my dog again. Having Dianne stay in my home with my dogs was certainly the best thing I could have done! My dogs were so content and happy when I returned (in fact I think they missed Dianne!). She is so gentle and loving with the animals. They were massaged, walked, brushed, fed and loved! I received a report on how they did during the week and came home to a clean and peaceful house! To know I can go away and not worry at all and to know my dogs are having a great time si so worth it. It was like a treat for them as well! I can't tell you how much this meant to me. My older dog was in better shape that when I left! Dianne also did many other things to take care of my home, which was appreciated. I will always use her services when I go out of town. I know when others discover this wonderful woman and the services she provides, you will be more that satisfied and grateful as I am! I know I have to book far ahead of time because she will be very busy.
